RE:NewsThe only good news here is that conversion price should prevent dilution in near to mid term.  If share price gets any where near 3.35 dollarettes, I'd be happy to take a lot off the table.  Coupon rate of 8% p.a. is atrocious.  Says a lot about what commercial lenders think of the Company, especially since it is a secured Debenture!  Wonder what redemption premium is?  Probably a good deal of 8% over the then remaining life of the term (which effectively means it will never be redeemed/refinanced with cheaper money!)
