You can bet your bottom dollar Pandora its our tax dollars that will fund this "incentive".. these Lieberals love to spend other peoples money without consideration for the end result, and I'll guarantee this gong show of a plan will backfire on them.. it takes no forsight to see this running off the rails hard.. just like all the other blunders the gov't gets involved in... gun registration.. billions of dollars down the drain... The Phoenix pay system.. billions lost and this gong show will be no different.. only now we'll be talking about 10's of billions of dollars lost..!
