Plenty of Northern investments which will thrive under the warming fantasy.  I'd better hedge and find a safe place for the cool down that is here.

Is the Phoenix water supply at extra risk with a cool down? I was wondering about that.

I actually sold half my Vet this morning to possibly fund a purchase down there.
