Ugh. I unload 1600 shares and we get a $1.45 uptick.

Maybe I should have some some earlier??  So typical.

Why? This weekend I visited Scotiabank. I have my mortgage through them. Even though the equity in my home is likely somewhere around $1.3M, and I have no debt, the effing bank wouldn't give me a line of credit without 1. Fully refinancing and 2. doing a full forensic audit on me.

context: I am finishing off a large renovation and needed another $50k to put it to bed. 

And don't worry, I still have a load of VET left....but I am extremely frustrated with our BS banks.
