I can see why he doesn't bring in TTF pricing as he was burned once but that too could be significant.

If debt drops below their target and investor returns move higher his 30% may prove low by half but not in the same time frame and not without TTF adding profits to the point of WFT (TSC) again so 9 to18 months out from here.  I would take $32 per share by 2025 with appropriate dividend increases even if Eric wouldn't.
