The Ontario government banned smoking in public places not everywhere. 

Eating too much may cause your early death but really doesn't affect others where as smoking....?

Certainly toe tags never say smoking as the cause of death so smoke 'em if you got 'em.

In fact smoke 'em like smoking is a cure for cancer.  Huff on a tail pipe or two while you're at it.
