Lookin at
a 2 or 3 year chart shows very little resistance to the ~$20 mark.. hmm.. could that divi announcement push VET up that far...??? ;-)

If you were really a tech analyst Tommyboy, you'd look at a chart and notice previous support, in lessor conditions in 30's etc Either you are a tech analyst or you arent, You cant pick and choose.

Like I said before ... the 10$Us mark is like buying a stock at rock bottom for most institution! looking at the chart and oil prices this is a no brainer.
