Ha... awhile back here when this windfall tax was starting,  I said as a generalization that O&G  companies should stop or heavily reduce production. Funny now how it make come to light according to this article. Even though it's not widespread but still.... Someone is speaking up. I still wish all companies should retaliate in that manner. Play their game because in the end ...more

It would be better for VET if it said EU and not UK so lets hope te EU is paying attention. It would alos be nice to know if tax pools would be considered as part of capital investment or how much capital investment VET had contributed since 2018.   The Corrib acquistion will most certainly be viewed as capital investment so we can see that outlay of cash coming off of the top if and ...more
