Orion has two seats on Board and probably Sean Roosen given their previous transactions ,This after taking 12 million shares for payment of their Victoria shares.. OCD your corner but my quote of Orions  support come from SEC filed Agreement and Support Agreement and the rebate of 75% of the difference between 13.20 and acqquistion price of 51% and 50 % of Board.. Why dob't you mention the huge royalty package  sold to Ossiko  by Orion or Orion buying all the Victoria shares from Osisko.McConnel is so out of Roosen's League. Ossisko has a 5% NSR and Roosen is resigning to pursue other interests..OcConnel owns 1% of Victoria.
