JM talks about 2022 production issues/resolve

Interesting video where JM talks shop with examples of 2022 production challenges and how they were resolved. 2023 guidance still cloudy with the remark, production will approach 200k oz/year rate during 2023. Definitely quite a few catalysts to look forward to in 2023.

Research67, good to see you back posting on this board again. I don't think JM has much credibility left.  Here he is in an October 26 interview stating that the 2022 forecast is between 160,000 and 170,000 ounces when 3 weeks earlier they confessed that they would not be able to produce the low end of previous guidance (165,000 oz) and susequently refused to update 2022 guidance. & ...more

Ditto. There are are those who can find. Those who can build. Those who can manage an ongoing operation. Pride is something that can destroy value. You can't trade a whole team so sometimes you change the coach or gm if the old one can't se the issues. Same old song. We need Yoko.

MVargas, full disclosure, There are several reasons for my sporadic posting, no time in the summer months, sometimes out of frustration, the old adage-if you can't say something nice... and I have been in and out of Victoria, currently in.  I fully appreciate having frustration with the current management. Your feeling are valid; I'm just not sure replacement is the best move.  ...more

Thank-you for your thoughts R67.  My posting has become less frquent as well for some as the same reasons you quoted.   It seems that I've been a shareholder forever, and am feeling some fatique and ongoing frustration with management. I did reduce my position somewhat last summer, but bought back those shares in the $7.50 range when the valuation became stupidly cheap.  ...more

FInally opened your eyes to what was told to you and the board for several years by me, notably, also NIcklel and a few select others and we were BASHED for it.  Now you sound like you are reading off a teleprompter of our opinions 2+ years ago.   Congrats on waking up.
