RE:you guys are super smart and are invested in a great companyOil refineries always “Crack” oil into smaller carbon chains.
Then they fractionate the resulting condensates into
specific groups : C8 Octane (gasoline), C12 (Diesel),
etc....
As soon as somebody starts a Refinery in Fort Mac they
will be using the heavy oil as feedstock to produce Diluent.
Do the math ! Nobody will need Condensate from USA
or perhaps Canada ever again.
I think a new Refinery by Edmonton just opened
for this reason ?
