RE:My minds made upThis was always billed as a merger with synergies. VII shareholders get Nat gas assets a dividend, and experienced management and ARX shareholders get that sweet, sweet condi and 2 billion in debt. 

ARX is the right partner for Seven Gems, search your feelings, you know its true! 

I'm voting yes. Looking forward to the ink drying on this deal and watching funds back the truck up.
