The only problem it is impossible or almost impossible for a company with 750 million shares to make a significant gain in a short time for the investor, it is a big bloated boat.

All they can hope for is macro changes in the enviroment, to many shares and the biggest sharehold is pissed off, and they paid the arx managment team to take over. The likely initiated the deal as they feel the entire culture of the company is rotten to the core. 

Kind of the flash back to petrocanada going to suncor....
