RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:ARC Investors RelationI agree.  Those from the cheap seats always have the knowledge that apparently the insiders lack.  It seems to me that the Fairness Opinions are a "rubber stamp" in the opinion of the naysayers?  Incredible liablity flows with those opinions but they are wrong and guys like MHP is correct.  Hahahahahaha.  I have grave doubts that VII would have much, if any, different share price than it does right now if this deal weren't going through.  However, amazing that everyone seems to be singing from the same songbook about the future price of the combined entity.  Let's hope so.  For those of you still calling out from the cheap seats, go ahead and sue on the Fairness Opinion.  Good luck with that.
