Old news...he already said it 6 month ago. For me it's the wrong path, but I guess I know why he "wants" it. Valeura is already the biggest offshore oiler in their region. There are just no more oil weighted offshore assets in Thailand available (beside Rossukon, which was too expensive to develop at the time of the decision to leave).
