Last deal was settled in seven weeks.  Expect this deal to settle by end of month to mid February.

Sean Guest, President and CEO of Valeura commented:

I don’t expect this acquisition to have the same effect as Thrace basin had in 3 month in 2017/18 when it went from $0.65 to $8/share ……before it slowly fizzled. I didn’t sell then so even though this is a different type of drive/potential it is unlikely I’m going to sell at $3 or $4 now. With a credible plan of action to sustain production levels & stop natural decline of these aging fields

I think Sean uses cash flow to continue to grow BOPD He seemed very smirky in his last video he is at the age and point in his career this is his time to build a super star oil and gas company buying blocks on the market is extremly bullish I had faith over the last several years (with lots of frustrations along the way ) but have

Since VLE prior to this deal was trading below cash value, market things that Thrace deep is a liability. I still like Thrace but without big national partner Valeura has no muscles (expertise) to tackle this. Mr. Sean maybe a clever negotiator or deal maker but he is no oil men. However, having extra cash maybe easier at the negotiation table.      G37

Sometimes, you just have to give some posters kudos for boldness in ignorance. Just the other day they were calling SG all sorta names. Now he is no oilman and apparently, Thrace is a liability, with 19tcf of gas potential. Meanwhile, VLE sets a new hight today.
