RE:another private placementyes. it is truly stunning that shareholders continue to put up with this. I mean, if it were only a year or 2 that would be one thing, but this kind of incredible dilution and ineptness has been going on for nearly a decade. viq has no business being public (or even private for that matter). truly amazing that pare and taylor and the same board of directors are still around. every one of these people should be fired. the only people that should be allowed to remain are engineers
non insider shareholders and shareholders not involved in these "private placements" should unite and put an end to this malfeasance.
