The sad sorry record of share offerings continues.

Yes sad is right but sadder still that for the last three weeks they have pushed the share price down from.50 cents to now below .40 was this by accident?

yes.  it is truly stunning that shareholders continue to put up with this.  I mean, if it were only a year or 2 that would be one thing, but this kind of incredible dilution and ineptness has been going on for nearly a decade.  viq has no business being public (or even private for that matter). truly amazing that pare and taylor and the same board of directors are still around.

How would you think shareholders could do anything except NOT buy any more? Insiders hold somewhere north of 70%,  So what ever they vote for will pass easily

yes.  viq is a joke - it all really sad to be honest - it's truly stunning it still finds investors that even want to do these private placements - they'd be better off just buying Bitcoin or Microsoft - so many other opportunities compared to putting money into this thing

To put in politely , I think they qualify as the worst company by far in terms of dilution I have ever invested ( that's hundreds of companies over years) and to make it worse revenues have never close to accelerating enough to make the math work. I agree with everything you said especially "it's truly stunning it still finds investors that even want to do

Btw pacer  - can you break down the 70%+ insider ownership? Where'd you get that number? Hard to imagine it's over 50% ownership.

Years ago, whe I went to all the annual meetings, {live - those were the days)  when the share count, i remember was around 22 Mil. Larry Taylor was a holder of 10 Mil + all by himself. The CEO was around 1.5 and all the other board people had Share / options by the tens of Thousands. So maybe the 70% was a little high; maybe 58% is  / was closer, but it was a lot. maybe taylor holds
