Years ago, whe I went to all the annual meetings, {live - those were the days) when the share count, i remember was around 22 Mil. Larry Taylor was a holder of 10 Mil + all by himself. The CEO was around 1.5 and all the other board people had Share / options by the tens of Thousands.
So maybe the 70% was a little high; maybe 58% is / was closer, but it was a lot. maybe taylor holds less now?
