To put in politely , I think they qualify as the worst company by far in terms of dilution I have ever invested ( that's hundreds of companies over years) and to make it worse revenues have never close to accelerating enough to make the math work.
I agree with everything you said especially "it's truly stunning it still finds investors that even want to do these private placements"
So happy I sold it years back:)
