RE:Twinning KM pipeline will lead to big drop in gas prices

RE:Twinning KM pipeline will lead to big drop in gas pricesSounds good to me.  When i move to BC i'm so buying a Tesla...license plate will read Love Oil or Long Oil just to confuse May and her lot, and in spite of course.
Most of those twits think EV is environmentally friendly...what they fail to recognize is that oil is need to make all the inside plastic parts etc.  and all the metals required to be extracted out of the ground take their toll.  I read something recently that you need to drive a gas car that runs average something like 4.5 L/100 km or less to be compared to many EV's.  As time goes on gas will continue to provide greater efficiency and has a real chance of being more efficient than EV.  Again anyones guess. Oil is here to stay until we simple minded humans can figure out how to harvest the sun's energy (existing solar technology does not cut it).  Pure and simple.  Any just my thoughts...GLTA...S
