You would think that with production of 170,000+ bpd of crude with top quartile netbacks, we would be higher priced today too, wouldn't you? Doesn't seem like the profile of someone trading at one of the lowest valuations in the sector.

Do some research. Look at the quality of the play and it'll speak to the prospective value of the land position. However, no matter how good, it's only worth what someone is willing to pay for it and with this Management team, it's not a heck of a lot.
