I am not for all of Cation's nominees, but two of them have CVs that are better than most anyone else on CPG's Board. The notion that 2 of 10 directors (or 4 for that matter) could create a pump and dump is laughable. In fact, if Cation's nominees all sold their stock in one epic 'dump', it would barely move the stock.
You clearly don't like investment bankers however you have no appreciation for the fact that investment bankers (predominantly not the ones involved with Cation) are the reason that CPG is in this mess, for better and for worse.
