Same old story - trades based on price action. This means that if it falls X %, its a short and continue shorting. This is how you can get extraordinary deviations in pricing. Look at base metal companies a few years ago and you can find Teck 10 % of its price today.

Similarly, price action boosts prices to stupid levels - aka Tilray.

Probably preaching to the choir again, but all I am saying is we can get even lower in the short term before something shakes the story the other way.
