On Dec 23, Sinopec announced it has completed its purchase of Daylight. This is relavent here, because it appears Sinopec has succeeded in taking over a Canadian Oil/Gas Company.    ...more

Management rarely works in the interest of shareholders, they are a class of their own and look for themselves first. They will feed Bondholders and banksters and left the retailers like us alone ...more
