I agree 100%.   Massive dilution for VRO shareholders is the net result.     ie much lower cashflow per share and reserves per share.............all means this deal makes VRO worth less ...more

I don't see any value for the existing VRO shareholders (except for management) by this takeover. Exit production for the combined entity is forecast to be 3900 boe/d. VRO's own production ...more
