RE: RE: VRO package The .30/sh distribution should be viewed as a return of capital and not a dividend. ie: the stock would be selling for 2.66 instead of todays price of 2.96 when it goes x-distribution.
The more important question to ask is if their current 1800boe/d production, prospective land holdings, reserves, and company staff capability worth more than $130mil, as indicated by todays market value. My take is that we are at fair value and will have to wait and see how they execute their plan in the next 6-12 months.
