valeant need a good leader that can turn the company inside out, for example john chen for blackberry, etc...
valeant has a lot of valuable asset and they need to sell unused asset to cover the debt. Properties that grow overtime due to the housing market will generate growth for the company and pay down the debt.
As long as any other company place a bid to buyout valeant regardless if the deal go through or not, it will boost the SP back to whatever the offer stated.
Valeant is very underated, and arkman surely know what he is doing. Valeant also need to work hard to boost their investor relationship department they not using the media to help recover the sp..
See how arkman's conference has such big impact on the stock? if they do more of these or spread some rumour about their future plan then SP will go up in no time.
