chart---back to $10. according to Beckysboss is scarry & could happen if JC is rejected by the current administration/FERC.
---more likely FERC gets to it than a Trump adminstration with what it has on its plate. Can't see any action till 2018.
---IMO the first support comes at $12.75-80 the last peak in early Dec.
---the next support comes around $12.46 where the recently turned up 20 day mov avg has met the still rising 100 day mov avg.
---the best support is @$12.00 where the SP has bounced off 4-5 times.
