Ha ha, I did have Baytex as well. I made a bone head move by selling the rest of my Baytex a couple of weeks ago to add more Whitecap when they raised there dividend.

Dude check out how slim Michael Anthony was !!  And Eddie god bless  his soul is gone RIP.    I get the feeling about Bayex , I actually bought it close to the low and sold it at  2.09 to give you a idea   .   I could of done better looking at it today , and there will be day when there is a pull back and I believe that's where whitecaps got the advantage .

1970Craig, I'm the same Whitecap is my biggest position by far. I've been a share holder for 6 years and was well under water for a number of those years. What kept me from throwing in the towel was the Drip plan and my faith in Grant. If we can get some big funds moving in this could move up fast. A nice close, have a great weekend fellow share holders.

Barney you are very correct about the effect of large funds. There are very few for sure things in the market. But, one of the "for sure" is that the large funds are going to be investing in the most environmentally friendly companies. It will be interesting to see how net negative CO2 this project will make WCP...perhaps the most net negative of any oil company on the planet. Hell

Capital appreciation has been more remarkable at MEG recently but keep in mind that it doesn't pay a dividend. I would rather have a slow and steady share climb with an increasing monthly dividend.
