RE:RE:Black market will never die very easy to grow weed

RE:RE:Black market will never die very easy to grow weed You will be able to grow your own as you now can if you have a medical prescription approved by Health Canada. So growing is not the issue. And all licensed producers sell their cannabis to medical patients in sealed unopened containers. There is no loose product. This will be the same when October 17 arrives for the recreational market. All licensed stores whether government run or private will be selling sealed, unopened containers of cannabis that they have purchased from licensed producers...meaning there is a complete paper trail, accountablity and taxes paid.

Just like with the purchase of tabacco and alcohol, purchases are made of sealed packages be it a package of cigarettes or a bottle of wine.

I may make my own wine but I cannot sell it to anyone. This is where it will be possible to immediately identify who the illegal dealers are: loose product, not in a sealed container then illegal.

So you can make your own wine or screech and you will be able on October 17 to grow your own four plants BUT you cannot sell it unless you are a licensed producer approved by Health Canada.

So just as you don't see dealers hawking illegal cigarettes or liquor, you won't see dealers selling cannabis...and if you do, then the police will be able to move in and arrest the cigarette or liquor or cannabis pushers. So it should make it easier to catch and imprison the crooks.
