Dougie, what if?After watching Dougie yesterday go ion and on about it's not the gov't job to sell people beer, I can't help but wonder if the delay in his Cannabis announcement might have to do with him considering dropping the OCS in its entirety. Most of us are hoping for a hybrid Private/Provincial model, can you imagine if he just goes Private? Not saying that is going to happen, just can't understand why he is delaying his message unless there is still some debate on the subject.
