At a minimum, any short term players who tried to catch this selloff will be forced to liquidate at $40 spuring a volume spike and puke. 

If you want to get real crazy though, there is alot of volume at $32 (pre-constellation bid $2). That would be the target if $38 fails (no evideince of this being the case though).
