If you have the time, go back in lou's posting history just before cannabis was legalized in Canada and you'll find out just how wrong Lou is. There you will find Little Gems Like Glue saying they would never legalize marijuana in Canada. Then after it was legalized in Canada he switched to when the conservatives get into power they will reverse the legislation. It's really quite comical and worth the read.
