RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Canopy Holds Gains on Day into After-Hours

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Canopy Holds Gains on Day into After-HoursThe answer right now is definitive.
Foreign countries can't directly sell cannabis or directly particpate in other cannabis related operations because it's federally illegal to do so.
The SAFE Bank Act - as I posted earlier - if passed, relates to financial services being legally available to cannabis LPs/MSOs in states where cannabis ahs been legalized.
The SAFE Bank Act does not legalize cannabis.
Canopy as you should know will acquire Acreage - if and when the US legalizes

Queer1ash's nonsensical, unrelated response to your question below is exactly what you should expect when you ask an anonymous bullboard for advice or answers to questions.
The information is available to you, don't be disappointed if you don't get the answer you want to hear on a bullboard..

There is no absolute perfect answer to your question, sorry.  It's pretty subjective at the moment, even for the Cannabis Executives.  You can be sure they are exploiting what they can with the policies in place but at the same time they are limited due to restrictions / lack of progress on legalization.  None of these guys want to get caught stepping over some legal line in the sand and risk having their future expansion jeopardized.

It sucks for those of us who have been invested for a long period of time but we have to accept the cards we are dealth and roll with the punches or simply take losses and find other investments to make up for the loss.

I am opting to get my averages as low as I can and wait it out.  I am counting on time in the market paying off long-term.

Anyhow, US mid-terms in Nov, that's the next best opportunity to see something develop.
