Not happening, Canopy still plans to pull Acerage Holdings under their operation and the listing is part of that. From what I see (through DeepDive Comments) is that the deadline is Sept of 2024. That provides a couple more reports and time to get the requirements met. The golden assumption here is that the CEO doesn't pull the trigger earlier
