Laurel Hill the proxy firm did reply saying
the exchangeable shares will not be tradeable on an exchange, they would have to be converted to the common B shares of CUSA which doesnt happen until legallizarion at the earliest, as i understand things

If we're talking legalization? That's a whole different ballpark. CUSA? Now we're talking apples and oranges. Just my interpretation [not investment advice].

So the value of the shares can change but you can't buy or sell them? kind of like a legal middle ground? this is fantastic, never a dull moment with canopy
