DO NOT THINK SO.
Are ALL the new builds going to be AFFORDABLE for the general low end public?
Think not. The lower income class must get out of the whole some how
& it will take a bit longer in Time as the govt continues to take more & more
NO matter what your income is. FN & govt employees should make out OK
but the average Joe may have a problem in the future.
Really hope we are wrong in our thinking but now we wait to see
just like WEF share pricing etc.
