so basically not many houses going to be built and big time recession and everyone will be broke...time builder says years...that meansexisting homes will still be higher...caus they aint gonna build more..maybe yime builder is wrong again.

DO NOT THINK SO. Are ALL the new builds going to be AFFORDABLE for the general low end public? Think not. The lower income class must get out of the whole some how & it will take a bit longer in Time as the govt continues to take more & more NO matter what your income is. FN & govt employees should make out OK but the average Joe may have a problem in the future. ...more
