Budd don't let these guys get to you. You have added more valuable advice to this forum than anyone. Your delivery style is a bit unique but honest ! 


no one can say anything bad about your advice to sell at 6$. You can have 20 drinks and still trade/invest better than some people here lol 


We have CPI tomorrow and the a big rate hike. I suspect another big sell off. My buyback target for WELL remains ar below 2$.  No one expects any bounce in leveraged stocks until Fed pivots. That is still not in the cards. 


I predict the current promo to end soon and sell off to start right after. $3 is the big wall.  

I do enjoy the entertainment here for sure.
