I am thankful I got out of WELL when they acquired crh medical. CRH Medical provides anesthesia services at ambulatory surgical centers across the U.S. which has nothing to do with telemedicine, bad aquisition.

they're generating ~$100MM in EBITDA from CRH and MyHealth. i'd say the acquisitions were alright. both companies generate stable and recurring cashflows. they're certainly making more money than they would trying to scale a telemedecine business? look at how much $$$ TDOC and AMWL bleed.
