RE:So can someone explain what is actually happening?Super bad news! Before this redemption there were approx. 39 million shares outstanding now there are almost 600 million! The company will be converting the next set of debentures, proably within a year, which will add another 400 million shares. Current shares holder will then own about 3.9% of the company! Your shares are basically worthless now.
