$3 Div better spent on SIB @ $20

Had WFC used the $100mm to find a Substantial Issuer Bid at $20 for 5 million shares, the share price would be sitting at $22+ right now.    

Dividend is ok, but not the most optimal use of capital while shares are severely undervalued.      

Guessing the larger shareholders wanted to get paid instead.     

I'd rather see share price at $22 and stay there

So think about why it didn't go down that way and maybe there is something to be learned from that.

I'd wager that more than half the BOD don't know what a SIB is.
