RE: This stock is not looking good at allMerger vote is today, which given Sprott's 70% ownership of Orion should be as close to a rubber stamp as possible. Then they plan to be in court immediately afterwards for legal approval. They likely won't be able to complete all the legal side of things until after the Close, which is unfortunate because the announcement could have put a spike on the day, but Monday we should be looking at a company that has basically doubled production overnight with long-lasting revenue assets and lots of drilling/growth to come. I think WFE got way ahead of itself when it ran to 9.99 back in Feb and the selloff was a combination of resetting, plus getting caught in the downdraft of Japan, Greece, China, Libya, and every other problem plaguing the economic/stock world. Reset time is here and it seems to me a no-brainer to have been loading up yesterday when it was down below 6.50 with as much as I could afford.
