BOD asleep at the wheel...

BOD asleep at the wheel...Ex-CEO says:

1) Debt does not matter
2) Inflation helps business
3) Use every excess dollar to fund speculative growth

And the BOD and the CFO go along with this story line.  Meanwhile, debt matters, inflation does not help and investing in old IP in a world awash with new IP being created everyday in a changed environment has Wildbrain back where it was 5-7 years ago - an overly indebted company trading below the break-up value with one property (Peanuts) geberating revenue and growth. 

Time to throw this BOD & CFO out and bring in a team that can guide this company through the current disaster.
