Inflation easing

I guess the ex-CEO's strategy of having inflation rise drive growth is fading fast.  Meanwhile the debt wall is fast approaching and this inept BOD is frozen like a deer in the headlights.  Are we heading towards another significant dilution?  Maybe issue 200mm shares at 50 centts and still have a debt problem?
