if the stock trades at 1.20 or higher for 20 consecutive trading days the warrants can be accelerated within 10 day period by willow. So the plan is to get the stock in this range for 20 days then everyone with warrants will execute them at 85 cents and immediately sell those shares. It will be major dilution/profit taking. Yes we can continue to hold but those who have warrants will take their profits and also hold sizeable portions of shares
