RE:re sprottI dont think that is something you have to worry about IMHO and here's why.
1. If sprott was using these accumulated shares to strongarm a sale it would most likely to KL.
2. KL already has 4 producing mines (5 if cosmo can produce anymore) and 2 of those mines last year together produced just shy of 600,000 ounces. So if they were going to pony up I would highly assume it would be for something that would produce in the 6 figure ounce mark.
3. WM is still proving grades at Fenelon (looks extremely hopeful) and has yet to really give us much on Beschefer. I assume KL would have a responsibility to shareholders (if they were to purchase WM) to ensure the company was highly profitable, and sitting on a bunch of high grade ore.
4. If and when WM gets to that point it will definitely be worth more than 1$/share. Though it will take some time. (remember their 5 year plan was to get to 100k ounces/year).
I know I'm assuming KL if there were to be a buyout but to me its the only company that would make sense if Eric Sprott was involved. Anyhow thats just my 2 cents.
