If BHP takes over POT you think China and India will like that? They won't want to be cornered by BHP and will have more reason to buy out these juniors and get additional production.
If BHP loses then BHP might say screw it. On the other hand they might want to increase their production by buying the juniors. This might even create bidding between BHP, China, and India for the juniors.
We'll see. Either way I hope to make lots of money.
