Hanfeg buyout This company traded on the TSX and was boughtout by their CEO today. They produce fertilizer for the Chinese and Indonesian markets. Agrium owns 20% and voted in favor of the deal. This isn't totally related as it's not potash but a competing product, but it's nice to see more dollars moving around in the industry. Maybe just maybe AG is in play for WPX as well. Doutbful but this does free up cash.
